Domain: It is a grouping of computers that are allowed to be accessed from a certain set of rules.

Web Host: If you ever wanted to make your own website you would need a web host because a web host stores all the information that is saved on the pages of your website. Most are shared hosts. Multiple web sites hosted from one computer.



















WEP: WEP stands for Wired Equivalent Privacy, its main focus is to make the computer as secure and the most connectable. Its the main security for WIFI services. Encrypts your data so even if its intercepted it will be unrecognizable.
















VGA: VGA stands for Video Graphics Array. If any monitor is VGA approved it will be able to work with that computer. Origionally develpoed in 1987 allowed for display resolution of 640*480

















Tutorial: Tutorials help people learn new skills right from the computer usuing a step by step system telling them what to do. Help people learn new skills by using a step by step process that enslaves the user is following along and comprehending the material.



















Sector: On a hard disk there are little secotrs that go around the disk. The more towards the outside of the disk the more sectors there are. Files can take up thousands of sectors. When coruppted many times unreadable.


















3G/4G Network: 3G is the third generation of cell phones. 4G is the fourth generation its much faster and it is still being developed.




















Partition: A sector of a hard drive when you format a hard disk, you can usually choose the number of partitions. Computer will recognize each partition as a seperate disk. Its benefits are that multiple operating systems and it can improve efficiency and doesnt waste as much space.














Optical Drive: Lasers which read data on optical discs discs are made up of small bumps and dips. Lasers read and compute the data. Common optical drives are CD DVD. Its benefits are relatively common and inexpensive and its also removable.















Node: any System or device connected to a network is a node. network connects a file server, five computers, and two printers. Thats a total of 8 nodes.
